Corey Carter – Realtor, Operations Manager

A resident of the Reno-Sparks area for over 25 years, Corey is proud to call our community home. He has the experience, knowledge, and understanding of the complex Reno-Sparks real estate market to ensure fiduciary service. Corey oversees the systems and procedures of the team while specializing in foreclosure and short sale negotiations, income/investment properties, and client consultations. Away from his career, Corey finds relaxation by visiting Lake Tahoe, mountain biking, and walking his dog “Escrow”.

Susan Geer – Realtor, Listing Specialist

Susan brings over 20 years of experience in various facets of real estate. Her niche is in marketing homes and is an extremely talented negotiator. Susan’s secret to success is high communication and superior customer service . Most of her time is spent in listing and marketing our properties for sale. In her spare time, Susan fosters puppies for the SPCA, as well as spoiling her own German Sheppard, “Chief”.

Hope Lewis– Realtor, Buyer Specialist

Hope is a native of Reno and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Environmental Policy Analysis. She has been a Realtor for over four years concentrating on buyers and investors. Prior, Hope worked as a direct assistant for a large Real Estate Investor, specializing in acquisitions with superb customer care. With an intellect for attention to detail and her client's best interests at heart, she treats every transaction as if it were her own. Hope's extracurricular activities include hiking, skiing and she is the President of the Great Basin Film Society.

Administrative Assistants

Our administrative team consists of Tami Sambrano, our escrow assistant, and Rachel Wood, our listing assistant. They are dedicated to providing excellence in customer service while taking care of the day to day operations of our team, including closing escrows, marketing our listing inventory, and servicing our client database. Tammy and Rachel diligently work together to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
